  • Who may use this warranty?

    Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. Please refer back to the same outlet you make your purchases from.

    How do I obtain a warranty services?

    Please submit your warranty claim with your proof of purchase and invoice for references. You may bring or courier your bicycles/ damage parts to the retailer where you made the purchase. Your retailer will contact us once they have received your item.

    What is the period of coverage?

    The limited warranty starts on the date of purchase and last for:

    - Groupset, 1 Year upon purchase


    - Frame, 5 Years upon purchase


    - Wheelset, 6 Months upon purchase

    What does this warranty not cover?

    The warranty does not cover any damages made by

    • External causes such as accidents, crash, neglect, abuse or other actions beyond reasonable

    control

    • Improper repair

    • Improper maintenance

    • Improper assembly

    • Modifications to the product

    • Frame paint causes from applications of adhesive or decals not supplies/ original by us, or use of chemical not intended for cleaning painted surfaces

    • Third party components

    Why is my warranty void?

    In the event of this, inspection will be conducted once we received the frame/ part that are send to us. We will determine the defective part, if it do not meet our requirements in obtaining a warranty such as, damages from accidents, signs of abuse, etc... your bicycle/ damage part will be send back to your retailer.

  • All models release from the year 2025 and onwards will be entitled for Lifetime Warranty. Limited and subjected to terms and condition below.

    1. ALCOTT products shall be assembled and completed by the authorised dealer according to the user manual for the customer. Should there be any abnormality leading to product damage or incident, caused by inappropriate assembly, ALCOTT do not take any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss.

    2. ALCOTT provide specific warranty period for different parts of the bicycle. Within the warranty period, minor damage or incident occurred under usage according to the user manual, will be covered under ALCOTT.

    3. Should there be any damage or incident occurred found to be caused by improper usage, the replacement and repairment of material cost will be borne by customer.

    4. Warranty Period for Individual Parts

    • Lifetime warranty coverage – carbon frame & fork included

      Collision, impact, remodel, improper usage and other human errors are not subject to warranty coverage

    • One-year warranty – Carbon wheelset within (1) year after purchase

    • Original manufacturer warranty – Non-consumable parts

    • Not covered by warranty:

    • Frameset painting – frame and front fork

    • Consumable Derailleur set – include chainwheel, cassette, crank, chain

    • Braking system – front and rear brake caliper, hydraulic disk

    • Rubber Parts – front and rear brake pad, inner tube, outer tube, handlebar tape, handlebar cover

    • Parts damage caused by lack of maintenance or replacement on time

    • Carbon wheelset shall be coupled with original ALCOTT brake pad. If the damage or relevant problem is caused directly or indirectly by non-original ALCOTT brake pad, ALCOTT do not take any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss.

    • Series number on the Frame was removed, altered, or has poor visibility

    5. Maximum rider weight limit is 100kg for ALCOTT bicycle.

    6. For warranty covered cases, should the model be End-Of-Life(EOL) or out of stock, the warranty product will be replaced by a substitute  product at a similar range.

    7. For non-warranty covered cases, the material and labour cost incurred from the dealer for repairment shall be borne by the customer.

    8. This Product Warranty Card is only applicable to cover product damage caused by non-human error, without any legal liability.

    9. ALCOTT reserves the right at its discretion to amend or make final decision and interpretation beyond the terms and content aforementioned.
