  • Who may use this warranty?

    Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. Please refer back to the same outlet you make your purchases from.

    How do I obtain a warranty services?

    Please submit your warranty claim with your proof of purchase and invoice for references. You may bring or courier your bicycles/ damage parts to the retailer where you made the purchase. Your retailer will contact us once they have received your item.

    What is the period of coverage?

    The limited warranty starts on the date of purchase and last for:

    - Groupset, 1 Year upon purchase


    - Frame, 5 Years upon purchase


    - Wheelset, 6 Months upon purchase

    What does this warranty not cover?

    The warranty does not cover any damages made by

    • External causes such as accidents, crash, neglect, abuse or other actions beyond reasonable

    control

    • Improper repair

    • Improper maintenance

    • Improper assembly

    • Modifications to the product

    • Frame paint causes from applications of adhesive or decals not supplies/ original by us, or use of chemical not intended for cleaning painted surfaces

    • Third party components

    Why is my warranty void?

    In the event of this, inspection will be conducted once we received the frame/ part that are send to us. We will determine the defective part, if it do not meet our requirements in obtaining a warranty such as, damages from accidents, signs of abuse, etc... your bicycle/ damage part will be send back to your retailer.
